RENOLIT D1AMOND
The hard-wearing 1D PET laminate in Premier Matt.
RENOLIT D1AMOND is a PET-based product that is predestined for processing on one-dimensional surfaces. It is suitable for use in the kitchen, furniture and caravan industries. Due to its special structure, the outstanding properties of the product are evident on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The product is therefore also excellently suited for table surfaces. RENOLIT D1AMOND is highly functional, aesthetic and extremely resistant to external influences (scratch resistance class 4B) - just like a diamond.

RENOLIT ALKORCELL
The 2D film for decorative surface design in PP.
RENOLIT ALKORCELL is a decorative film for surface design based on polypropylene. The film for a wide range of applications is easy to process thanks to flat lamination, wrapping or postforming. Thanks to a special combination of perfect print quality and deep embossing, the films have a visually and haptically very appealing surface. The film is available in natural wood or striking fantasy embossing, among others. In addition, plain designs are available in Premier Matt and High Gloss, which create a special highlight on the door. The entire product range and its properties can be found in detail in the ‘Product descriptions’ section. The RENOLIT ALKORCELL product has been a favourite of fabricators and interior door manufacturers for decades. This is primarily due to the described print/embossing combination of the PP surface. This allows deceptively realistic stone and wood reproductions to be produced. RENOLIT ALKORCELL R-PP is also available, which contains recyclate.
RENOLIT ALKORCELL is a single-layer PP finish film with outstanding properties thanks to its product structure. The lacquer layer protects against abrasion and scratches. In addition to technical properties such as water resistance and mould resistance, the printed base film ensures aesthetic aspects such as high print quality of the many available designs. The back of the film is also equipped with an adhesive primer to ensure easy application. Special feature: RENOLIT ALKORCELL Recoatable
The product range of RENOLIT ALKORCELL films also includes the primer film with the addition ‘Recoatable’. It was specially developed for customised further finishing by processing companies. The product is equipped with a bonding primer on the front and back and is suitable for coating wood-based materials. The adhesion promoter on the front also allows printing using a digital printer. Practical application shows that finishing can be carried out with special lacquers and printing inks for polyolefin films. In any case, the manufacturer of the varnish or printing ink should be contacted in advance in order to obtain the right system for the processing purposes. RENOLIT ALKORCELL – Stereo Print
The manufacturing process of RENOLIT ALKORCELL enables outstanding surface properties. The available embossings range from ‘synthetic’ effects to wood textures. Recent developments in the field of printing have resulted in wood designs that increasingly resemble their natural counterparts. The technical highlight is a special printing and embossing technique in which the pore structure (embossing) and the printed image are perfectly matched - the wood pores and grain are synchronised.
RENOLIT ALKORCELL – Master Emboss
With the Master Emboss version of RENOLIT ALKORCELL, the motto for furniture surfaces is: ‘You get what you see’. Master Emboss makes visually rough surfaces tangible by perfectly combining outstanding print quality and deep embossing. Master Emboss Synchro This version is characterised by a perfect interplay of decorative print image and embossing. The embossing is synchronised with the printed image. The result is lifelike decors with matching deep embossing.

RENOLIT ALKORCELL is ideal for 1D flat lamination, 2D wrapping and 2.5D membrane pressing of wood-based materials for the production of interior doors and furniture components. Special machine settings may be required for wrapping radii ≤ 3 mm.
The product is also equipped with an adhesion promoter on the back, which enables bonding with dispersion, hot-melt and solvent adhesives. The best surface stability is achieved by using a PUR hotmelt adhesive.

RENOLIT ALKORFOL
The 2D film for decorative PVC surface design.
RENOLIT ALKORFOL is a decorative film for surface design in PVC. The film is suitable for use on interior doors and in interior fittings. It can be processed in a variety of ways using flat or sheet lamination, wrapping and the folding method. As a standard laminating film, RENOLIT ALKORFOL also has special sub-brands, such as RENOLIT ALKORFOL + (with additional scratch-resistant topcoat), RENOLIT ALKORFOL P (with abrasion-protected two-lane version), RENOLIT ALKORFOL P+ (with abrasion protection and scratch-resistant topcoat). They give interior doors a hard-wearing surface. The MTO product is available in various wood decors and plain colours.

The product is suitable for wrapping and flat lamination of wood-based materials. RENOLIT ALKORFOL High Gloss is supplied with a PE protective film to protect the high-gloss surface from mechanical stress. Depending on the variant of the product, it is partially equipped with an adhesion promoter on the back, which enables bonding with dispersion, hot melt and solvent adhesives. The best surface stability is achieved when using PUR hotmelt adhesives. Films without adhesion promoters require special care when selecting the adhesive. RENOLIT ALKORFOL STEEL
The universal laminating film for steel and aluminium.
Every material has its own requirements for a decor - RENOLIT ALKORFOL STEEL is available for steel and aluminium. The laminating film is ideal for indoor use. RENOLIT ALKORFOL STEEL ILS is available for exterior applications, such as entrance doors, blinds or garage doors. With an almost inexhaustible range of colours and a wide selection of embossed structures and gloss levels, this robust surface opens up a wide range of design options for doors. The PVC film, in semi-rigid or rigid versions, is specially formulated for outdoor use and is weather, ageing and light resistant. It comes with a 5-year, geographically limited guarantee for use in entrance doors and garage doors.

RENOLIT 2D PET Laminates
The hard-wearing 2D PET Laminate in High Gloss and Premier Matt.
RENOLIT 2D PET Laminate impresses in High Gloss with maximum surface smoothness and a depth effect as if it were behind glass. In Premier Matt, the product impresses with its pleasant feel and elegant visual appearance as well as its high scratch resistance. The combination of Premier Matt and deep embossing creates modern and exciting surfaces in Master Emboss Premier Matt. The 2D high-tech laminate is easy to process on the surface and in the casing and is very resistant. It impresses when used on interior doors thanks to its extreme scratch and impact resistance. It is also particularly easy to clean. RENOLIT 2D PET Laminate looks like new even after years of use. The product is available from stock in various plain colours in Premier Matt and High Gloss.

Processing instructions
The product is suitable for 1D flat lamination and 2D wrapping. It should be noted that a special machine setting is required for the wrapping process with radii of ≤ 3 mm.
Both variants, Premier Matt and High Gloss, are supplied with PE protective film to protect against mechanical stress. The protective film should only be removed after installation at the customer's premises. The product is also equipped with an adhesion promoter on the back, which enables bonding with dispersion, hot melt and solvent adhesives. The use of PUR hotmelt adhesives produces the best surface stability.

RENOLIT FLEXPL
Das sprapazierfähige PET-Laminat für 1D-, 2D- und 3D*-Applikationen
Das PET-Laminat ist hoch strapazierfähig, sehr flexibel und dekorativ. Dank der Flexibilität des Produktes ist es für 1D-, 2D- und 3D*-Applikationen geeignet. RENOLIT FLEXPL eignet sich sowohl für die Flachkaschierung (1D), Ummantelung (2D) als auch die sogenannte 2,5D-Technologie (minimal eingefrästes MDF, Verarbeitung auf 3D-Presse mit SilikonMembrane (Naturkautschuk-Membranen dürfen NICHT verwendet werden)). Bei Ummantelung von Radien < 2 mm kann eine besondere Maschineneinstellung erforderlich sein. Unabhängig von der gewählten Verarbeitungstechnik, muss sichergestellt werden, dass die Folieneigenschaften nicht negativ beeinflusst werden (z.B. Klebstoffauftragsbild).
Die Folien sind rückseitig mit einem Haftvermittler versehen. Dieser gewährleistet eine sichere Verklebung mit Dispersions- und Schmelzklebern.

The resistant 3D PET Laminate for three-dimensional applications.
The 3D version of RENOLIT PET Laminate in High Gloss also impresses with its perfectly smooth surface and depth effect. In Premier Matt, the pleasant feel and impressive look of the 3D high-tech laminate, which is easy to process thanks to its thermoformability and is very resistant, are impressive. Optimised for three-dimensional applications, including on interior doors, RENOLIT 3D PET Laminate is particularly easy to clean, extremely scratch and impact resistant and looks like new even after years of use.

The product is suitable for the 3D thermoforming process with or without a membrane of form-milled wood-based materials (e.g. MDF). The substrate material should be prepared accordingly to ensure an excellent result. The films are coated on the back with an adhesion promoter. A PUR dispersion adhesive with hardener is recommended. The appropriate system can be selected with your adhesive supplier. The high gloss version is also provided with a PE protective film, which protects the high-gloss surface from mechanical stress. RENOLIT 3D Thermolaminates
The 3D film for sophisticated design concepts.
The thermoplastic 3D films from RENOLIT are ideal for three-dimensional shaping and wrapping of furniture, design objects, store fittings or wall and ceiling elements. RENOLIT 3D Thermolaminates adapt to any substrate in terms of shape and milling and offer a wide variety of surfaces and structures. They offer a large selection of wood, plain and fantasy decors. The foils impress with their deep embossing, realistic feel and metallic effects. Selected decors are available with synchronous embossing EIR (Embossed in Register). Synchronous embossing EIR creates a natural wood look in many shades and color nuances. In addition, plain colors offer the entire spectrum of colors from Premier Matt and High Gloss to metallic effects.

The product is used on form-milled MDF boards and is applied using a 3D thermoforming process. The substrate material should be prepared accordingly to ensure an excellent result. Processing can be carried out using a silicone membrane or without a membrane. The films are also equipped with an adhesion promoter on the back. The use of low-sealing adhesives is recommended. PUR dispersion adhesive with hardener is recommended. The appropriate product for this can be selected together with your adhesive supplier. RENOLIT 3D Thermolaminate Premier and Classic are available with or without PE protective film. Special machine settings must be observed for the variants with protective film, as adjustments to temperature and pressure may be necessary.
