How to use the Customer Profile Dashboard
Customer Profile is a basic record on the customer company. It includes information like e.g. company key figures (turnover, number of employees), type of products.
Dashboard overview
The dashboard provides an overview of the data completeness of the Customer Profiles.
For each field within the three priority sections, a pie chart shows how many Customer Profiles have information available and how many still have missing data:
A – Company Key Figures
B – Area / Markets
C – Substrates
This allows you to quickly identify which fields in your Customer Profiles still need to be completed or updated.
Filter for your Customer Profiles
At the top left of the dashboard, click the “All” button.
Select your name as Customer Profile Owner from the drop-down list.
The dashboard will automatically update and display the data completeness of only the Customer Profiles assigned to you.

View the Customer Profiles behind a chart
Each pie chart shows the number of Customer Profiles where the respective field is:
- Filled: information is already available
- Not Filled: information is still missing
To see the Customer Profiles behind these numbers, click “View Report…” at the bottom left of the respective pie chart.

Identify Customer Profiles with missing data and update accordingly
The report provides a detailed list of the Customer Profiles. They are grouped according to whether the selected field is Filled or Not Filled.
Focus especially on the “Not Filled” group to identify where an update is required.
Click on the Customer Profile you would like to update. This will take you to the respective Customer Profile at Account level in Salesforce, where you can:
- add missing information
- review existing information
- update outdated information
Once the data has been saved, it will be reflected in the Customer Profile Dashboard.
