1D Processing method
1D Flat lamination
This method is a continuous coating process for panel materials on a roller laminating machine. Depending on the machine, the single-sided or double-sided coating method is possible using a wide variety of adhesives. Classic substrate materials are MDF and chipboard. Other possible substrates are metal, plastic and plasterboard.
The process is suitable for processing the following products:

Cold lamination
As the name suggests, the cold lamination process does not require the application of heat. It is a simple and cost-efficient process for coating panel materials.
Hot lamination
To carry out this process, heated rollers are required, which activate the previously applied adhesives at a processing temperature of approx. 100°C and thus ensure optimum adhesion of the film and substrate. Various hot-melt or dispersion adhesives can be used for application. Optimum quality is achieved with PUR hot-melt adhesives.
