RENOLIT ALKORCELL is a decorative polypropylene-based film for surface design applications. This versatile film is easy to process using flat lamination or post-forming techniques. Thanks to a unique combination of printing and embossing technologies, the films give an attractive tactile finish and are available in natural-looking woodgrains or eye-catching abstract designs. RENOLIT ALKORCELL PHONO was developed especially for the folding process used in loudspeaker manufacturing, and complies with the ROHS standard.

RENOLIT ALKORCELL ist eine dekorative Folie zur Oberflächengestaltung auf Basis von Polypropylen. Die Folie für viele Anwendungsmöglichkeiten ist durch Flachkaschierung oder Postforming einfach zu verarbeiten. Durch eine besondere Kombination aus Druck und Prägung verfügen die Folien über eine optisch und haptisch sehr ansprechende Oberfläche. Die Folie gibt es in naturidentischen Holz- oder markanten Fantasieprägungen. RENOLIT ALKORCELL PHONO wurde speziell für das in der Lautsprecherfertigung verwendete Folding- Verfahren entwickelt und entspricht dem ROHS-Standard.

ENVIRONMENT

RENOLIT ALKORCELL ME Premier Matt solid is a Polypropylene foil which is fulfilling the actual REACh-requirements. The formulation is free of formaldehyde and heavy metals (chrome (VI), cadmium, lead, mercury).

PROCESSING

RENOLIT ALKORCELL ME Premier Matt solid is suitable for wrapping (2D) and laminating (1D). If profiles with a radius of < 4 mm are wrapped specific machine adjustments might be needed. The back of the foil is coated with a primer which facilitates the use of dispersion glue, hot-melt adhesives and solvent-based adhesives. The best surface will be achieved with PUR hot-melt adhesives.

UMWELTVERTRÄGLICHKEIT

RENOLIT ALKORCELL ME Premier Matt solid ist eine Polypropylen-Folie welche die aktuelle REACH Verordnung erfüllt. Die Folie ist rezeptiv frei von Formaldehyd sowie Schwermetallen (Chrom (VI), Cadmium, Blei, Quecksilber).

VERARBEITUNG

RENOLIT ALKORCELL ME Premier Matt solid eignet sich für die Flachkaschierung (1D) und Ummantelung (2D). Bei Ummantelung von Radien ≤ 4 mm kann eine besondere Maschineneinstellung erforderlich sein. Die Folie ist rückseitig mit einem Haftvermittler ausgerüstet, der die Verklebung mit Dispersions-, Schmelz- und Lösemittelklebern ermöglicht. Bei Verwendung von PUR-Schmelzkleber wird die beste Oberflächenruhe erreicht.

Optical deviations are regarded as faults if they are recognisable with the naked eye from a distance of 50 cm, within 30 seconds in good lighting.

Optische Abweichungen gelten als Fehler, wenn sie bei guter Beleuchtung mit bloßem Auge aus 50 cm Betrachtungsabstand innerhalb von 30 Sek. erkennbar sind.
