Its tool-friendly, low-abrasion surface keeps machinery in top condition while ensuring clean, chip-free edges. RENOLIT ALKORCELL DGL offers numerous advantages
For production:
- Flexibility and adaptability: PP film is more flexible than CPL and is therefore particularly suitable for coating two-dimensional surfaces, curves and edges.
- Easy processing (especially for complex shapes): Lamination with PP film is easier and faster, especially for complex shapes.
- Variety of designs: PP films are available in a wide range of colours, patterns and surface textures and therefore offer a high degree of design flexibility.
- Efficient production: High feed speed with flat lamination, both with white glue and PUR adhesives. Very low resilience behaviour.
- Roll material: Efficient processing, suitable for series production.
- No abrasiveness: Long tool life, as material shows low abrasiveness.
- No tendency to chipping: The material does not chip at the edges.
- Brittleness: RENOLIT ALKORCELL DGL doesn´t brittle in contrast to CPL.

- Durability and value retention: The high scratch and impact resistance ensures durable surfaces that look like new for years to come. Particularly suitable for demanding applications on room doors or on surfaces of mobile homes in the rental sector.
- Robustness against blunt, scraping damage and impact resistance: Thanks to our RENOLIT DualGuard-technology, a special coating and transparency system.
- Dimensional stability of the components: No influence on the furniture parts even when exposed to moisture.
Free from harmful ingredients
No plasticisers, free from formaldehyde
The sheet is made of PP. The formulation contains neither plasticisers nor formaldehyde. In addition, RENOLIT ALKORCELL always offers an excellent barrier function against ingredients from the wood-based material.

High abrasion resistance, no cracking
The special product structure and the special material properties make the product scratch-resistant and hard-wearing. No scratches or cracks appear in the design or surface, even if force is applied at certain points.

The laminate is easy to care for and can be easily cleaned with mild detergents and a soft microfibre cloth. As it is made of inorganic material, it is mould-resistant.
