RENOLIT SP New anti-slip film with R11 classification

Our 2-in-1 solution RENOLIT SP stands for strong grip and slip resistance. It is inspected, tested, and certified according to DIN 51130 (slip resistance class R11) and DIN EN 16165. The most important properties at a glance:

Slip resistance thanks to R11 classification

DIN 51130 (ramp test) as R11 slip class and achieves an "increased static friction coefficient" in compliance with to the standard,
Sliding friction coefficients tested according to DIN EN 16165 Annex D and DGUV-I 208-041.

- A continuous inspection and correlation to the ramp test is performed and - is specified as a test point in the product data sheet.

Tested according to established test methods

RENOLIT SP films have high abrasion resistance compared to conventional anti-slip solutions.
With integrated UV-protection, RENOLIT SP films are protected against early yellowing in indoor and outdoor applications.
RENOLIT SP films are chemical resistant and have been proven to be treatable with all common cleaning agents.

The best slip class even without the use of glass granule or corundum coatings

No surface scratches and contamination of rollers during the adhesive coating process.
The slip resistance is achieved solely by the embossment of the film surface - there is no need to laminate it with other components. This makes RENOLIT SP an attractive solution with an excellent price-performance ratio.

Thanks to its homogeneous surface structure, in terms of transparency, RENOLIT SP is far ahead of conventional solutions with slip-resistant properties.
Printability by all common printing methods upon further processing is guaranteed. (Possible restrictions on the slip classification are to be checked individually)
